I started Jiu Jitsu about 2 weeks ago, I have absolutely fallen in love with it. I have been doing Combat sports for as long as I remember, I first started with kick boxing with my mom, then karate, the typical karate structured moves and “freestyle fighting”/kumite part of karate.
When I got my braces I stopped and I absolutely felt terrible, I got really unfit… but now I got my braces off, a year later and I’m giving Jiu Jitsu a shot. It’s a really physical and contact sport, but it’s fun, good exercise, funny and good for especially girls to know. Every single day I can’t wait for my next lesson 😂
I train Jiu Jitsu about 3-4 times a week and I hope I drastically improve, maybe even become a pro 😄
Let’s see where this takes me and how it changes me physically and mentally.
